Due to the nature of dietary supplements, Quality Vitamins generally does not accept returns of opened products for health and safety reasons.

Unopened Products

Unopened products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify:

• Product must be unopened
• Product must be in original condition
• Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened supplements
• Clearance items
• Gift cards
• Products marked final sale

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by financial institution.

Return Shipping

Unless required by law or due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
